I have a nest outdoor camera (1st gen) at one home and another (2nd gen) at a second home. I had previously migrated my original nest account to a google account, and I can see both cameras using the google home app, but I have 2 subs. A nest aware plus (on the 1st gen) and a nest aware on the second (2nd gen). What do I have to do to get both cameras on the same plus sub so I only pay 1 fee.

The Nest Aware and Nest Aware Plus subscriptions cover all of the cameras and doorbells in the same Google Nest "home/structure" on the same Wi-Fi network.
Since your two cameras are in 2 separate homes on separate Wi-Fi networks, you wouldn't be able to get them onto the same subscription.
Google Nest does not seem to state this explicitly in its documentation, but replies in this forum make it clear that's the case, as in the reply on this post from a Google Nest Community Specialist:
"One Nest Aware subscription will cover all of your cameras in a single home/structure. If you have multiple homes, you will need to have multiple home/structure with a separate Nest Aware subscription for each home. I apologize if this is an inconvenience to you, but that is the way the system works."
