Two existing cameras +existing account - no images! What am I paying for???

I have an existing account and two existing cameras to protect 91 year old mother.

Camera footage not being picked up .

Have checked wifi, cameras and started up.

Have logged out and into account!

Still nothing and no one to contact to help or advise.

Feel like cancelling subscription as support is useless!

Is your Nest Aware or Nest Aware Plus subscription in the same Google Nest "home/structure" as your cameras? If you go to the Google Nest "home/structure" where your cameras are located in the Google Nest app or Google Home app and go to Settings | Nest Aware, does it show your subscription? If your cameras are the older cameras that work in the Google Nest app and you go to your camera and select Settings | Nest Aware, does it show your subscription? If your cameras are the newer cameras that work only in the Google Home app and you go to your camera and select Settings | Video | Video history, is your Nest Aware subscription selected?

To confirm, were you able to check if you applied your Nest Aware subscription to the same home structure where your Nest Cameras are added? Also, are you signed in to the same email address that you used to subscribed to the Nest Aware? Hit this link for more information about your subscription.
