Hi. Help! I own two Nest Yale locks. By accident, I removed one Nest Yale Lock from the Nest app but the lock can still be unlocked using my master code. The problem is I am unable to add it to the Nest App. It won't reconnect. The other Nest Yale lock still is working. Also, I have a Nest Thermostat connected to the App as well.
Please do not tell me that the only solution is to uninstall the Nest App and Reinstall it? Or do I have to do a Factory Install?

Thanks for reaching out. I understand that you need to re-add your Nest Yale Lock. I know this can be frustrating when you can't re-add your device on the Nest app. Don't worry, I'm here to help!
If you can't re-add your device, you'll need to perform a factory reset on your Nest Yale Lock. Please visit Factory reset the Nest × Yale Lock and follow the steps. Once you've done a factory reset, you should be able to re-add your Nest Yale Lock on the app.
