Hello,
I just changed network provider and needed to reassign the wifi connection to my Nest Cams. I have three original Nest Cams the transferred to the new network fine. However the newer Nest Google products, outdoor battery powered cam fail at every attempt to add to my new network.
I get to the response when setting up:
Something went wrong
Try connecting again. If that doesn't work, try rebooting your device or turning your phone's airplane mode on and off before trying again.
I have done all of those recommend actions and pressed the reset button on the back of the camera to reset. But nothing works. Definitely not user friendly!!!

I have tried about ten times, changing things every time and no luck. Should I request a refund on these cameras?
