Hello,
I have an outdoor Nest camera and had an account for a couple of years. Login was migrated to Google a couple of years ago.
I am now not able to login to the Nest app or the home.nest.com site (with Chrome) using Google. Permissions are allowed in my Google account for Nest.
I click ‘Sign in with Google’, go through the process and just get back to the same screen ‘Sign in with Google’. There are no error messages, etc. it’s like a loop.
I have tried disabling and enabling permissions, yada yada.
Anyone have any ideas?

I discovered that the problem I was having was related to where (geographically) I was trying to access the Nest app from. For some reason Google has decided that if they don't like where you are physically, the login with Google won't work. However, I was able to access through Google Home. Once I returned, everything worked just fine with logging in with Google.
Also, contrary to a "Silver Product Expert" reply previously in this thread, accessing the Nest App and home.nest.com website when your account has been migrated to Google works. Not sure what that individual is on about, it has been working for me for years.

Have the same issues. Google needs to just adopt the best, sorry, nest software. The Google one is pathetic.

If you have migrated your account to Google, then the Nest app and the website for Nest (home.nest.com) will no longer work. Your only access now is via the Google Home app. I know it says you’re supposed to have access to the Nest app but I’ve seen issues like this where any legacy Nest access is locked out.

I am having the same issues and no response from HELP. Please let me know i have a G-suite and a microsoft account that migrated .... then i created another gmail account and NOTHING.... i dont have access to my cameras or doorbell.
