Unable to pair with Google Nest Doorbell battery model

I am unable to link the Nest Doorbell with my Google Home application. When I changed my phone and then tried to get connected, it is not successful.

I have reset the device multiple times but it gets stuck at the white light and when I try to connect the light turns green and there is no progress.

I do not see the blinking yellow or blue light so that the pairing can start.

• Factory Reset: As you reset the device. Ensure you are performing the correct process. Press the reset button until hear a second countdown tone. While performing a factory reset, it's important to ensure that the doorbell is connected to the proper charger cable and adapter that came with the device. • Set up: The app takes you through the steps. Follow these steps to Set up and connect Nest doorbell.
• Pairing: Ensure the doorbell is ready to connect. Visit our Help Center to learn more about Nest doorbell lights.
