Unable to re-mount doorbell and "contact us" form is giving me errors

I was not sure which label to select for issue category, because none of them quite fit.

We removed our doorbell to charge it (and also factory reset it to update the wifi network) yesterday, and are no longer able to remount/lock it back into place onto the mounting plate. 

I did try to use the "Contact Us" form, but it gives me an error when I move through the steps. On Step 3 "contact options" it just says "Something went wrong. Please try again.". I've tried on both my desktop browser and on my phone, and neither has been working. I have also searched and seen that others have had this same issue, but not sure how to proceed.

Google Nest Support; can you please have someone fix your broken "Contact Us" form, especially since it is the Only way we can contact Support?

I understand you're having difficulty reattaching your Nest Doorbell (battery) to its mounting plate after you removed it to charge it and perform a factory reset to update the Wi-Fi network.
