Bought this camera off of a guy Serial ##############, I'm unable to reset camera and add to my account.
I'm using Set up code ###### because it won't scan the QRQ code .
Help Please.

Thanks everyone for trying to help. I have 3 other cameras same model… i’ve done resets on all of them before. Bought this particular one used in a box , looked good. But took it back to the person i got it from. turned out to be a broken reset button. THANKS FOR TRYING ANYWAYS

Before attempting a reinstall, did you perform a factory reset and get a solid yellow status light and a confirmation tone after holding down the factory reset button for at least 12 seconds? Is the battery charged? ('m assuming you have a 2nd gen Google Nest Battery Camera, since your post says Google Home app.)

The reset button is in an odd location on the 2nd gen Google Nest Indoor Wired Camera. When I had to reset ours because it inexplicably went offline, it took me a couple of tries (and more than 12 seconds of pressing the reset button) before I got the solid yellow light and the confirmation tone.
Did the guy you bought it from give you the sticker with the QR code on it? (With that camera, it comes on a sticker that's initially on the face of the camera.)
