I spent 2 hrs on the phone with the Nest Aware and Google Home customer service and never figured this out! I have two 2nd generation outdoor Nest Cameras and have them plugged in. If I have not closed the live feed before closing out of the app, it will make a phone call on my cars when I start them up and cannot be disconnected any other way except making sure the app is NOT on the live feed. It's frustrating!
