Update stuck at 61%

JJust downloaded the google home app and started connecting my nest doorbell (battery). 
The update started and it is stuck to 61% for more than half an hour. 
What should I do??

Thanks for visiting the Community. I'm sorry for the delayed response. Got it, let's check this out. Are you connected to cellular data or WiFi connection? How far is your Nest Doorbell (battery) from the router? Also, do you have an Android or iPhone?

 

Give these steps a try:

 

  1. Close all the apps running in the background of your phone, reopen the Google Home app then try it again.
  2. Restart the network equipment (router, extender, or modem).
  3. Uninstall reinstall your Google Home app
  4. Make sure Bluetooth is on. Toggle Bluetooth off, then back on to refresh the connection.
  5. Bring your phone closer to your Nest Doorbell (battery) at least 10 to 12 inches close.

Hello,

I reinstalled the app, restarted the camera to the factory settings and went through the whole procedure of setting it up from the start. 
It works ok now.
