Use Google Hub Max to Talk to People Through Google Nest Cam with Floodlight

I just installed a new  Google Nest Cam with Floodlight and a Google Hub Max. I have everything linked. I'm unable, however, to bring up the floodlight camera and talk through it via my Google Hub Max. I have seen previous posts from a few years ago and it mentions it being a bug and being worked on. Is it STILL a bug?

Unfortunately, it's not a bug. Google Nest just does not provide a microphone option on its Nest Hubs or Nest Hub Maxes for talking through cameras, only through doorbells.

The Google Home app and Google Nest app provide a microphone option for talking through both cameras and doorbells.

We cannot talk through our battery camera on our Nest Hubs and Nest Hub Max; we can only do so in the Google Home app.
