Vídeo not showing in hub when nest doorbell is used

I just installed my battery powered nest doorbell. Already showing the doorbell on the google app. When the doorbell is used the sound works on the google hub but the video is not showing

Thanks for posting here in the community. I'm sorry to hear that your Nest doorbell video is not showing on your Nest Hub.

To better understand the situation, I'd also like to ask a couple of questions:

• What kind of error message do you have?
• Are you able to see the live feed on your Google Home app?
• Did you have this inconvenience before?

Have you tried the steps in this guide?

• Follow these steps to reboot your Nest Hub, it depends on the model you have. Rebooting your Nest Hub will not erase any data. It simply restarts the device.

Thank you so much for your answer! I do not have any error message. The audio message when the ring is ringed actually does work but the video does not appear.

i do see the live feed on the google app

I just installed the system and this happens since the beginning
