Video still doesn’t play events. Google/Nest, you need to fix this. I’ve tried everything on my end. You sent out an update, and this is the result; it hasn’t worked since.

Same here....I've tried everything. My Nest Hello played back videos until my Nest Aware free trial ended. I signed back up for Nest Aware and now I can't get videos to play. So frustrating. I'm about ready to throw this thing away.

A few questions — are you getting a message when trying to play your event history? Is this happening across all devices like mobile phones, tablets and computers or just on specific ones? Also, does this happen to all events or video history? If you could also provide a rundown of the steps you've tried and provide a short video of what's going on, that would be a great help.
