@Brad, can you help me with this. I had a live cybersecurity issue where my videos were being removed in front of my eyes and then put back with different timing. I contacted support who gave me a lot of BS including the wind did it. I asked for a supervisor and was told he was busy. I tried to file another support case and get a call. Chrome would not even let me get to page two. I moved to microsoft and got to chat again but same refusal to get a phone call to me. I need HELP asap. The next posting is going to go to Reddit and any other social media platform I can find.

I'm just another Google Nest customer. While something odd may be happening on your account, there is no capability in either the Google Nest app or the Google Home app to remove individual videos from our video history on Google Nest's servers, and no capability to upload videos to our video history on Google Nest's servers.
I've always used these steps to contact Support:
1. Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Select your device from the dropdown, click "Other", then click "Next step".
4. Under "Resources", just click "Next step". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page.)
5. Under "Contact options", choose to get a phone call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.
