Help!

We moved house and brought our Battery Nest Doorbell with us, I have disconnected it from the old home, charged it, factory reset and tried to create a new home and connect it and its not working!

@skmather

When you say "it's not working", what exactly happens?

When I try connecting it - it goes to the “finding stage” then says error try again

@skmather

"Try again" is not a very helpful error message. If it persists, perhaps you try contacting Support. On the "Resources" page, don't click on any of the help topics; just click "Next step" to get to the contact options:

Hi folks,

Appreciate the help here, MplsCustomer.

Skmather, thanks for reaching out. Have you had the chance to contact our support team? You can also try to connect your Nest Doorbell (battery) to another network and observe if it will make a difference.

Regards,

Juni

Hi skmather,

Got it. Try to factory reset your Nest Doorbell (battery). This erases all your personalized settings, deletes the entire video history, and restores the factory default settings. It won’t automatically reconnect to WI-Fi, and you’ll need to set it up again.

Check out this link for more information.

Best,

Juni
