Hello, I've had my Nest Hello for over four years. It's been great! Then I noticed yesterday it keeps saying it's offline. There is power to the wires. I've had it for four years so I don't think it's a voltage issue. I tried resetting it but that didn't revive it. Do I need a new one? If it only lasts four years should I try a Ring? What's a reasonable life for a Nest Hello? Thank you

We have three Google Nest Hello Doorbells; two of them are over four years old. They are all still working, though the internal battery has now failed on all three (so we've had to turn off the "Indoor chime" option and rely instead on "Visitor announcements" on our Nest Hubs and Nest Mini), and the face is now peeling on all three (so we've purchased silicone "skins" on Amazon to cover the peeling shards). (Judging from posts in this forum, both conditions are common issues.)
The oldest of the three goes offline briefly (maybe 15 minutes) every several months or so, but otherwise all three stay live and online.
I have no idea if this is typical or not; we have one family member who has two Nest Hellos that are a little older than ours and are still working.

I have the same issue right now. It keeps saying offline. I resarted it, reset it, reconnected, unplugged it, and it still keeps saying offline. Everything else shows fine. Its online and has good connection. I will follow this thread to hopefully find the solution or the issue.
