I spent two hours with customer support and got nowhere. After I sat and let the device stay connected to fully charge, I tried again. I noticed during the set up portion, I did not get the option to use battery or wired. At this point, after several restarts, resets, factory resets, airplane mode, bluetooth on (or off), hotspot, setting up new home connection, I still cannot get the device to even connect up to the Home app. Of all the devices I have used over the years, this one has proven to be the most frustrating.
