I don't understand why I can not see my camera's that are in google home, when I subscribe to nest aware.

you would would think the 2 systems would be connected, But then again its google......

I only get 3 hours of history which make them useless.

If you have a "Nest Aware" or "Nest Aware Plus" subscription, it covers all of the cameras and doorbells in the same Google Nest "home/structure" on the same Google Account, but history for our newer cameras installed in the Google Home app is found in the Google Home app, while history for our older cameras installed in the Google Nest app is found in the Google Nest app and on the home.nest.com website. (You have to sign into both apps with the same Google Account.)

We've been using 2 apps for over 2 years, ever since we bought a battery camera.

If you go to the page below and click on your subscription, it should show the name of your Google Nest "home/structure":

Hi everyone,

@OldGuy6006, thanks for reaching out here in the Community. To know more about this issue, I’d like to confirm, how many home structures do you have? In case you have multiple home structures, try double checking your other home/s. Also, make sure you're using the same email address.

Let us know your update here.

I appreciate the help, MplsCustomer.

Regards,

Emerson
