I've had my nest doorbell for 2 days & in the middle of the first night the videos were deleted. Yesterday (night 2) had fresh videos and until I went to bed I probably had about 5 minutes of video total on the doorbell (so not a lot) and they were all deleted (even though the doorbell is set to keep 30 minutes of video). There was a recording in the middle of the night that I needed to review, got a notification about & when I went to view it, it had been deleted. Is there a way to stop videos from being deleted in the middle of the night, especially if they haven't been viewed? I understand if it deletes the oldest videos but this one was the only notification I got through the night. And it was never viewed.

If you have 2nd gen Google Nest cameras or doorbells but do NOT have a Nest Aware or Nest Aware Plus subscription (https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/13315909), then you have access only to event video history for events that occurred in the most recent 3 hours.
