Nest Doorbell

A couple of days ago when I tap on a video history it shows only a still pic not a video which was case before. How do I get these history events to show videos?

Also how do I toggle between timeline and events? I cannot find the icons shown in the guideline text.

Is this a newly installed camera?  Google gives new cameras a 30-day trial of the Nest Aware Subscription.   After the 30 days you only get recorded events during the last 3 hours of time.

No. I been using it for about 2 years and it worked fine till last week.

So now I'm wondering if your nest aware subscription ran out.  Maybe it tried to renew on an expired credit card?

You can check it in the Nest App.  From the main page click on the gear in the upper right corner and scroll down and select NEST AWARE.  It will tell you something like "ACTIVE: NEW AWARE" and so on...
