Wife cannot see activity on our home

I just set up a floodlight camera and a home in Google Home.  My Google Home app is working fine, so I sent an invite for my wife to join.  She joined and can see the device, but cannot connect to it, does not get any alerts and she cannot see any of the recorded events.  She is also getting an error ‘Request contains an invalid argument’ when she tries to access notifications.

Feeling like a setting is missing but cannot figure out what.  Appreciate any guidance.

Are you both on the same version of the Google Home app? (There is a beta "Public Preview" version of the Google Home app.)

If you're both on the same version, you could try deleting and reinstalling the Google Home app on your wife's phone. (You don't lose any settings when you do so; you just log back into the Google Home app with the same Google Account previously used.)

Note that each member of the family has the ability to set their own notifications.

Thank you for the reply, will check her version tonight but it looks the same.  To make sure I communicated the issue, she can see the home and devices in the home listed.  When she clicks on the camera or the floodlight she cannot connect.  When she clicks on notifications she gets the error ‘Request contains an invalid argument’.

i’ll check tonight and if i don’t see anything I’ll delete the app and reinstall it and let you know.
