Wired Flood light battery discharged

I've had my Outdoor Wired Google Nest Floodlight up for a year now and it is now saying the battery is not charged after having an electrician install a new junction box for it and never had an issue with it before.

@DracoAsier

Is the power to your floodlight camera always turned on? If the battery issue started after your electrical work, that might be the issue.

If you go to your camera in the Google Home app and go to Settings | Battery, does it show "Plugged in" with an infinity symbol?

It says plugged in but has a battery showing how much charge there is. It previously had had the infinity symbol

Well, it is curious the problem started after you had electrical work done. Maybe there's not a good connection anymore. If there's a switch on that circuit, is it always turned on? Do the lights on the fixture work?

We've had a battery camera--it's the same camera used in the floodlight fixture--plugged in for over 2-1/2 years and it's been online and "Live" the whole time.

It's run through the attic and nothing has changed since we had them install it.

Hello @DracoAsier, the reason why I am writing is just to know if so far there is something else that I can assist you with.

Please let me know.

Helio.

At this point, it's working normally. No battery problems or anything. So the issue self-resolved itself somehow
