When in the app and viewing live video, the video freezes. Actutthe entire app freeze and I have to exit the app

Thank you for bringing up the concern you're experiencing, I would love to look into this further for you. The first troubleshooting step that I'd recommend would be to restart your device. This process should keep all your settings, and reconnect it to the same Wi-Fi network. This is helpful if it ever freezes, has connection problems, or isn't working normally. If that doesn't do the trick, restart your Wi-Fi connection as well, and then follow that with a restart on your cameras and see how that works out for you.

I've tried "rebooting" all the devices you mention to no avail....
