Wired nest doorbell 2nd gen installed horizontal needs camera view rotated.

Installed my new 2nd generation Nest wired doorbell and due to siding issues needed to install the doorbell in the horizontal position in lieu of the normal vertical configuration.  Camera works fine but the view is rotated 90 degrees from vertical.  Can the view be modified  in the app or can the camera be rotated to correct the video view?

Unfortunately, Google Nest only provides an option to rotate the image 180 degrees, and that does NOT apply to doorbells, because Google Nest doorbells are intended to be mounted in only one way, vertically with the camera on top.

It would be rather difficult to provide a 90 degree rotation option due to the camera's aspect ratio.

There is no way to physically rotate the camera inside the doorbell.
