Won’t connect

When I go to set up my camera at the very end it says failure.  What can I do?

Thanks for reaching out. Let's get this sorted out. A few questions:

 

  1. What Nest Camera are you trying to set up?
  2. What is the color of the LED lights during setup?
  3.  What app are you using for set up?
