camera doesn't show picture on nest app

I have three outdoor wired cameras. One of them does not show up in the nest app. In other words, I cannot see the camera view in the app.

Are all three cameras the same, the Google Nest Outdoor Camera that hasn't been sold since Sept. 2021? If so, did this just change recently? Is the status light green on the camera? Can you see it on the home.nest.com website? Can you see it in the Google Home app?
