I needed to transfer ownership of our cameras at church, but apparently Google doesn't allow a change of ownership. I need to have the current owner cancel our subscription and cancel the cameras? Once that is done, I will need to start up a new subscription. I want the same subscription, but I am not sure what it is called or the level name? How can I find that out? I also need to pay the new subscription, how does that get started? can I possibly have someone call me?

The Google Nest Help topic below seems to be the closest thing Google Nest offers for what you want to do.
Basically, the previous owner needs to remove all of the Google Nest cameras from the Google Nest app or Google Home app. Then each camera needs to be factory reset. Then each camera needs to get reinstalled in the Google Nest app or Google Home app. Then you'll need to purchase a Nest Aware subscription.

The current owner should be able to tell you the Nest Aware subscription level by going here:
https://store.google.com/subscriptions
This page tells what you get with each subscription level for each camera:

If you want to talk to Google Nest Support, you'll need to start with this link:
