can't find doorbell and cameras

i have 2 nest outdoor cams and a nest doorbell. all three devices were migrated from the nest app into the google home app. my home and my wifi were both "deleted."  so I am going through the process of setting everything up from scratch. and i cannot get the google home app nor the nest app to connect to any of these three devices.

when i try scanning the qr code from the home app, it identifies all three devices and then says can't find it.
when i try scannign the qr code from the nest app, same thing.
when i try searching, no devices found.
i have tried factory resetting using the pinhole on the doorbell and nothing. i suspect the doorbell internal battery is toast and that will need to be replaced, but the cameras are still in good condition so those i would like to salvage if at all possible.

any help would be greatly appreciated

I would suggest contacting Support.

I don't know how transferring two 1st gen outdoor cameras and one 1st gen doorbell from the Google Nest app to the Google Home app could cause your Google Nest "home/structure" to be deleted, and I'm not sure what you mean by "deleting" your Wi-Fi.

To contact Support:

1. Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Select your device from the dropdown, click "Other", then click "Next step".
4. Under "Resources", just click "Next step". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page.)
5. Under "Contact options", choose to get a phone call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country
