door bell does not work since yeaterday

Sicne yeaterday，my nest door bell does not work（no power）.  I have been installed this over 3 years and using very satisfied. I dont know whats wrong with it. I tried to reconneced but failed and frond that the door bell no power. pls let me know how can i do if so.
