google hub not connected and account has 2 addresses but one I had to put on trial. Trying to update

  • Is your device powering on?
  • Is your device showing up as connected on the Google Home App?
  • What specifically are you trying to do?
  • Have you tried any troubleshooting steps? If so, what have you attempted so far?
