When I charge my Google Next Doorbell (battery), the white light never turns to blue, so I can not continue with setup with Google Home App.

Have you try factory reset it? There’s a small hole that you need to press down for 10 seconds(?) to factory reset it.

I did try the factory reset with no change.

I would agree with @Waterox and ask if you have tried to Restart the Doorbell, or even Factory Reset it to see if this issue is resolved.
