My outdoor camera is plugged in all the time but the google app is telling me that the camera is at 14%. I dont understand why it isnt charging if its plugged in. Please help with this issue. I also have an older Nest outdoor camera and i never have any problems with that one.

Is your power cable or charging cord plugged into the bottom of the camera with the cord feeding towards the FRONT of the camera? It seems odd, but it won't power the camera or charge the battery otherwise.
If your Google Nests Camera (Battery) is plugged in, it should be "Live" when you select it in the Google Home app, and Settings | Battery should show "Plugged in" with an infinity symbol.
