missing events

I am missing numerous events every day. I have a nest aware subscription storing events only. i find this totally unacceptable since i cannot ckeck what is going on

I have the same problem.  Completely blank and not recording when it should be.  Several times a day and I have a subscription also.

Please go ahead and Restart your device, if this continues, Factory Reset it. Make sure you are have purchased Nest Aware on the same account as your Nest/Google devices.
