my doorbell won’t pick up motion and my indoor chime doesn’t ring.

My indoor chime quit ringing as well. Outdoor chime works but the other my doorbell quit working completely and I had to charge it. I don’t understand because my doorbell is also wired to my house and the app says it’s running completely on battery. When I try to turn on my indoor chime it’s greyed out can’t change anything

The "Indoor chime" option is greyed out and disabled automatically if your battery doorbell is NOT wired to an indoor doorbell chime and transformer. At least, that is now it is supposed to work.
Are you sure you have a good connection to your doorbell chime and transformer?

1. Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Click "Other", then click "Next step".
