I had a similar problem from one of my five cameras; I added a wifi extender and the problem was resolved.

Hello everyone,

@bolloks, thanks for reaching out here in the Community. To confirm, how far is that Nest Camera from your Wifi router? What is the light status of your Nest Camera? Have you tried performing a simple restart? In case you haven't tried it, you may restart your Nest Camera and your Wifi router. Let us know how it goes.

I appreciate the help, gilleslibre.

Regards,

Emerson

Hi bolloks,

I'm dropping by to ensure that everything is covered here. How's it going with your Nest Camera? Were you able to read the information I've shared? Also, were you able to perform the steps I’m suggesting? We'd be glad to hear from you.

Best,
Emerson
