nest camera with floodlight wired

hi i got the cam installed by a electrician    went through the step sequences got to the pont turn   power back on at the circuit breaker wont allow me to move forward just recycles back through the set up steps again

i got to work finally,but i was told the Nest camera with floodlight is not compatible with the Dish Hopper only the 1st Generation are is this true?

I honestly do not know what dish hopper is, so I do not know how to answer this question. My assumption is that if you have heard it is not compatible, it is most likely not compatible. I apologize if this is unhelpful, but I do not know anything about Dish Hopper.
