It depends on which camera you have.
The 1st gen Google Nest Indoor Camera does not have a factory reset button. You can only do a factory reset by removing it from the Google Nest app/
The 2nd gen Google Nest Indoor Camera DOES have a factory reset button. You have to press it for at least 12 seconds with a paper clip. It is sometimes tricky to get the reset button depressed.

Hi there,
@jhcsjcao, were you able to remove it from the Nest app? If yes, how does it go?
I appreciate the input, @MplsCustomer and Emerson.

I also can't reset mine. I deleted it from the app and migrated the Nest account with Google, but when I try to add the camera back it says it's connected to another account

Hello Tgoldberg,
I’m sorry if you're having issues adding your Nest device to your account. Let me help you out. Just to verify: what type of Nest doorbell or camera are you having issues with? Is this the first time that your Nest device is being added to a Nest account? Have you tried doing a factory reset on your device? Here is a link on how to restart or factory reset a Nest camera or doorbell.
I look forward to your response.
Best,
Edmond
