new outdoor gen 2 will no longer power on

i have a nestoutdoor gen 2 camera that was setup and working for weeks and suddenly stopped working and will now not power on, i have tried multiple power cords and outlets and get no status lights at all

the camera was purchased on ag 11 so should still be under warranty, i cant figure out how to start a claim

To contact Support:

1. Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Select your device from the dropdown, click "Other", then click "Next step".
