Hi,
I just bought a Google Nest Doorbell (Battery) and I'm trying to set it up but I come across this error "problem connecting to cloud" in the Google Home App.
I click the "+" botton, then I scan the QR code, then it asks if I have any nest product and I click "No", then it asks to "create a new network", I click "create network" and immediately after that it shows the following error "Problem connecting to cloud. Please try again later".
I already tried several times, I reseted my modem, I deleted the app... but can't seem to find the answer. Can somebody help?
I'm using an Iphone, a gmail account and bought my doorbell in Amazon Mexico for use in Mexico

oogle Nest does not list any of its doorbells as available in Mexico:

Perhaps that is why you're getting the "problem connecting to cloud" error.
You could try contacting Support:

Hi Jy18,
Using any Google device outside of an officially supported region can create some problems, and it looks like, as MplsCustomer has said, you are seeing troubles due to being outside of an officially supported area. If you bought the doorbell from a seller brand new, they should have specified where it could be used. If the doorbell was bought secondhand, often they fail to disclose that.
You can always give support a try to see if there's any recourse. You can reach them using the link shared above by MplsCustomer. If you have any other questions, please feel free to ask.
Thanks,
Jeff
