I purchased a 2 pack Nest IQ cameras a few years back and installed one and it works perfectly. I am now attempting to install the other camera but powering up the camera (as the instructions state, there is now power from the plug to the camera is faulty and either the cord or the connector will not initiate the power (problem with cord or connector on the camera). Would it be possible to return this for replacement for me to install the second camera? I know this is unusual but I have all of the box, paperwork etc for the camera to return for the second camera replacement

You could try contacting Support to see what they can do in a situation like yours. Note that Google Nest discontinued the IQ camera several years ago (2021?).
1. Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Click "Other", then click "Next step".
4. Under "Resources", just click "Next step". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page.)
5. Under "Contact options", choose to get a phone call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.
