hello, I would like to silence (no notification and ringing) my doorbell during the night. is it possible ? and how to do it? Thank you

You can use the Quiet Time feature to mute the indoor chime?

But it's not exactly what I searched. 

My goal is to define a time slot each day during which the doorbell does not ring

There doesn't seem to be a way to do that I'm afraid. Quiet Time will let you set this manually, but not on a schedule.
