Bell Fiber TV app shutdown after 1-2h on Chromecast for Google TV 4K

Hello

I have the Chromecast for Google TV 4K and having an issue with Bell Fiber TV app.

When launching the application (Bell) it does run ok and no performance issue, although after some time, the application terminate itself and it returns to the Google TV default (home) screen

i tried to reset to factory and redo, but the issue is the same.

 

Wondering if there is a setting i can look at for making sure the application does not go to close when watching tv.

I apologize for the late response, and thank you for being patient! Were you able to fix that Bell Fibe TV app issue? If not, I'd be happy to help out where I can. Now, you mentioned that you already factory reset the Chromecast device, but the problem still persists? Do you happen to notice this occurring with any other app aside from the Bell Fibe TV app? If not, then you may need to reach out to Bell Fibe TV support to see if they are aware of any issues on their end.
