I have a Chromecast with Google TV 4k thats a few weeks old. It's currently on July 1 2022 patch level. I'm having some issues with stuttering and it seems the October patch fixes this. I'm in the US.
When I check for updates, it says that my system is up to date. I have rebooted multiple times.
Current build is:
STTE.220621.019.9082754
Any advice?

Thanks for reaching out and for being a step ahead of us. Please try the additional steps below:
If the issue persists, please factory reset your Chromecast with Google TV (4K).

I tried this procedure and nothing changed.
I then performed two back to back factory resets using the button on the Chromecast, and set it up again on a new wifi network. Still no available updates, still on the July patch.

Thanks for getting back to us. I further check this in our end and it seems that not all users were able to get the update but, our team is working hard to push this to all users. I suggest you send feedback about this via Google TV. Also, you may check our Community page or Help Center for further updates regarding this.

Well, you just told me I can't get the update for unknown reasons. Thanks for that, I guess. My concern is that there is an update that might fix my problem and I can't get it. I guess my question is how do I get it or when might I get something else.
