Can't see my device

I can see my device  name but when i try to cast the phone its keep telling  my ( its not available)

Thanks for posting here in the Google Nest Community. Please help us with more details. What app (Netflix, YouTube, Disney+, etc.) are you trying to cast? Or are you actually trying to screen cast (screen mirroring)? If so, are you using the Google Home App? This unavailable message that you see, does it appear after attempting to cast, or is it already indicated in the Google Home App that your Chromecast/TV is not available? Kindly provide us more information so we can help you further.
