Cast works from my mobile but not from my laptop

Hello all,

I connected my TV to android mobile using Chromecast device. However, my laptop chrome browser unable to find the TV ? I have followed the options from the below link but still did not work.

Please suggest if there is any solution for this.

I'm about the slow response, thank you for your patience! Were you able to fix that casting issue? If not, I'd be happy to help out, let me just ask you some questions about what's happening:

• When did this issue start happening?

• What model of Chromecast do you have?

• What OS is that laptop using?

• Do you have a dual-band router? (2.4GHz or 5GHz)

• What version is Google Chrome?
