I waited a few months to see if the issue would resolve itself as things sometimes do. I also found several similar posts but the solutions have not helped.
I have CcwGTV HD. It's updated. Apps are updated.
The "For You" section used to show things I'd been watching or suggestions. Now, it's a black screen with "Loading Error. Unable to load for you." With a retry button.
In suggested threads some solutions that have not worked:
I have deleted the cache.
I have deleted the Android Web Services cache
I have factory reset the CcwGTV
I have added another account. (the new account shows the same error)
The newest update didn't help
Apps are updated
It's been like this for over 2 months now and it previously worked fine.

Thanks for posting and for being a step ahead of us. Since the steps you’ve tried didn’t work, let’s isolate the possibility of network issues (IP address conflict, server rejection, DNS issues, etc.) by connecting your Chromecast with Google TV to a different network. If you can, try to do a factory reset so you can set it up from scratch, but ensure that you connect it to your mobile hotspot (if there’s no other WiFi network available). Let us know how it goes.

I do still need help. I only just now saw the suggestion above. I will post later tonight when I'm able to try it on a different network.

I did another factory reset and used my phone hotspot to do setup. Still get the Loading Error "Unable to load For You" and retry does nothing.
