Recently I changed my Wifi, in trying to add my Chromecast audio to the network I tried the following:
1, Restart the Chromecast
2. Open Google Home on my tablet, it can see the Chromecast and asks if I want to set it up, click yes
3. Goggle Home says 'App update required' - the version of Google Home is out of date and requires an update to set up this device, click 'Get update'
4. Google Play says 'This app is no longer compatible with your device'
Then end - there does not appear to be anyway forward
However before the network change Google Home, Android and the Chromecast audio could all see each other quite happily, why can't they now?
I have no other Android devices.
Is there any way I can continue to use the Chromecast Audio or should I buy an Amazon Echo product?

What Android version do you run in your tablet?
