Chrome cast works with every tv but my leg tv

I got a chrome cast 4k with google tv and it works fine with computer monitors…etc.

just doesn’t work with my lg pled tv. I just get the google logo and a blank screen, I unplugged and rebooted every which way and still no luck.

I know a while back I had issues with my google home app and removing an old tv from it and google had to do something to get it removed ~ now I can not seem to get any tv added.

Thanks for reaching out, Give the steps below a try and let me know how it goes:

1. Plug in your Chromecast with Google TV (4K) into a different HDMI port on your TV.
2. Reboot your TV and Wi-Fi router.
3. Reset your Chromecast.

Hi there,

Got it. Since it is isolated to just one television, I would suggest that you contact the manufacturer and let them know that it is isolated to their TV only.
