Chromecast with google tv stuttering for all apps Prime video, Netflix and YouTube

Chromecast with google tv stutters when playing videos in prime video, Netflix and YouTube. Once started stuttering same continues with all the app. Tried factory reset twice and still the problem continues. Please let me know if there is some troubleshooting steps for this issue.

Hello, same for me.

all up to date. Reset twice, with interface and physical button. Nothing change

it comes with Android 12, perfect before. Since November 2022.... no solution. We all hope for a fix.

Sorry for the delays. I know how challenging it is when you're having issues playing movies on your Chromecast or Google TV. A few questions: When did the issue start? How far is the TV from the router? Have you changed any settings on your router lately? Does the same thing happen when you cast a video or music to your Chromecast with Google TV?

Please make sure that your TV is within 15–20 feet of the router to get a better signal from your network. Also, try rebooting your Chromecast with Google TV and router by disconnecting them from the power source and leaving them unplugged for 1 minute. Once done, plug them back in one at a time, at intervals.
