Chromecast 4k with Google TV audio out of sync

Hi, I recently purchased the Chromecast 4k with Google TV and there's a 1 - 2 second delay between the audio and video.

I tried resetting it and switching off surround sound, but nothing works. The internet speed is not the problem either.

Is there any known fix or workaround?
It makes it unbearable to watch, I feel like I just wasted money.
I have other Chromecast devices (older versions) and they all work fine.

Thanks for reaching out and for being a step ahead of us — it's a big help! To cover all the bases, please plug in the Chromecast with Google TV (4K) to a different HDMI port on your TV and reboot your Wi-Fi router. Also, plug in your Chromecast with Google TV (4K) to a different TV screen and test.
